What I am doing
I build small, polished products on my own and write down the process. The content revolves around three things:
- Building products: the full chain from inspiration and competitive analysis to launch and growth
- AI workflows: wiring Agents into real daily production instead of leaving them in the chat box
- Efficiency systems: handing repetitive work to machines and keeping judgment for myself
Writing Principles
Only write about what I have actually done, only give conclusions you can use directly.
- No methods I haven't verified
- Where a number can be given, I won't write "adjust as needed"
- Views evolve with practice; significant corrections are dated in the post
